Returns Policy

You can return products bought from argyropireas.gr within 15 calendar days of receiving them, as long as they are returned in complete, unused and undamaged condition. If the products in return are used or/and damaged, they will be returned to the customer with his expenses.

A return of a product requires the customer to express in writing his willingness to return the product and argyropireas.gr to accept it. Any other return will be denied.

Any replacement is taking place after we have received the product(s) in our address Karaoli ke Dimitriou 16, 18531, Piraeus . In any case of return/replacement of product(s), all the concerning documents should be returned as well (invoice of the return or receipt).

The return of the products charges the client:
1. When the client has changed his/her mind.
2. When the client has ordered the wrong product.
3. If the client realizes that he/she has no use of the product he/she ordered, after its delivery.
4. When the client does not mention the specific product code.

The return of the products charges argyropireas.gr:
Our company and the transportation companies, with which we cooperate, do our very best for the protection of the products during their transportation. However, there is a chance that some products may break, get damaged or missing.

In every of the above cases, argyropireas.gr proceeds in the replacement of the product(s) with no charge. You just have to contact us with your request for replacement, with a photo of the damaged product attached.

The return of the product(s) will be arranged by the company itself, with the charge of argyropireas.gr.

In a case of a refund, the first transportation cost is not refundable.

Returns are not accepted:
1. When the product(s) have been used.
2. When the product(s) delivered have been made according to the client’s instructions.
4. When it has been more than 15 calendar days since the day of delivery.

Kyriakos Kotteas - argyropireas.gr assumes no responsibility for any delays the company is not responsible for. Specifically, in cases where the order is not delivered on the estimated date given by the carrier, as well as in cases of force majeure delays. If the customer in any of the above cases wants a refund, he will be charged both the shipping cost of the product, and the cost of returning his order to the company's headquarters.
